Whether you’re looking to take up a new sport, for a change from another sport for your children, or just simply interested in giving it a go, rowing has something to offer you! Rowing is a non-contact and non-weight bearing sport that is easy on the body so you can try the sport at any age.

Some of the general benefits are: 1) It keeps kids active 2) excellent cardiovascular workout for children, 3) With childhood obesity on the rise, rowing is a great way to lose extra body fat. The environment we create at St. Patrick’s Rowing Club is one of fun and enjoyment. We welcome children from the age of 10 to 18. We train most evenings during the week in-season, after training we create a safe environment for children to hangout and make new friends. We’re always on the look out for new members.
